Project Description
The project consists of the refurbishment of the balcony area and ground floor entrance area, to include the strip out of the existing, new finishes and adjustment to mechanical and electrical installations.

- Removal of 1970’s extension and rebuilding to include toilets & commercial kitchen
- New plumbing, heating and full electrical rewire
- Concert hall roof reslated with blue bangor slates
